    Morning

Jill - How exciting, Good Luck, I'll be refreshing constantly to see if there's any news. x

Don't feel like doing much today. Just packed littley off to school and had a look around and did a big sigh! My heart isn't in it at the moment but hopefully I'll perk up a bit later on.

I'm gonna draft up a list anyway and see what energy I can muster up lol I usually find having it written down motivates me.

Not doing the master bedroom today, still in the middle of steam cleaning all my carpets and it's tiring.

    S&S kitchen
    do dishes
    Hoover through
Finish steam cleaning 3 x carpets
    pre-prepare tea

    But first........brew! x

Oh my god I am a modern day witch!!! I have thought this for a while.

Before bed last night I was going to post Jill I think tomorrow will be the day but did not want to put you in a spin! In January I predicted it would rain on our PTA summer fete - it never has in 10 years but I was certain all along - it poured nearly the whole time. I am scaring myself. Ok I need to put my new found talent to more use.

DS3 (grotbags) is off school - sore throat so may slow down my flying but I am up and raring to go - had honey nut cheerios as nobody else wanted them from the selection pack - putting the kettle on and getting going.

I can hear the dust cart in the next street - green bin day - fortunately it has a big squeek so I can dash out and put the wheelie out:rotfl:

I shined my sink for the first time last week - and it's STILL shining. Have to admit to not posting in this topic since then but have managed to keep to the routine so far. Its even rubbed off on my kitchen worktops.

I'm also dressing to my shoes EVERYDAY but haven't really got stuck into much else on a regular basis - my babysteps are more like crawling at the moment.

I work from home EVERY day and sometimes can get interrupted even half way through a 15 mins of anything - then I have to leave the house for anything upto a couple of hours.

I AM reading my FlyLady emails but haven't got around to tackling my hotspots yet. Oh yes I have also got into the habit of S&S the bathroom every morning while squishing my teeth with mouthwash! (two birds - one stone!).

I have decided to have hotspots sorted - well two of them at least!

Last night I went to Ikea to get a dishdrainer that doesn't hold dirty scummy stuff and deposit yukky water on my draining board (how disgusting!) and got one of those 'X-shaped' ones - even when full it doesn't look as bad as the old one!

Also bought a cot, mattress and baby bedding for 4th Grandchild (due 4th Nov) - how quickly you can spend £150 in that darn place!

Good luck for today, Jill - you are one brave woman - taking a child to school AFTER YOUR WATERS HAVE BROKEN! Hope you make it back home again BEFORE anything else happens.

I'll post again later ladies - Ollie

    Morning all

    Good luck Jill :)

I'm still working back to front, so I've done the living room, hallway and stairs today. Probably about level 2 (I am on holiday you know ;))

One load of washing out but it's dull and cool today so I don't think it's doing much out there.

4 times I've tried to reply, darn it. Jill Good Luck!!! I'm still checking emails very regular for estate agent contacts etc so I'll still get it & pass the good news on. Will be thinking of you today. Oh so exciting, lovely feeling when you know a little new life is on it's way into the world.

Several police cars up here last night, 5 I think, but not for us don't know what was going on, my son got woken up by it however, I'm starting to think more like DP that I can't wait to be out!

Must do something today, here goes a rough list

    Fill in lots of forms
Clear dining table (paperwork hell!) think I will throw what I need in a box then sort through from there
My room (when DP gets up)
    Pay bills
Move some money around to cover bills
    Check bank statements online
Laundry - dark load & bed sheets
    Clear kitchen benches
    Remove extra dog from floors
Sort through fridge for anything that needs freezing
    Ring DS1 school
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

Right.. the mundane stuff... you lot stop refreshing the page and go do some flying.. waiting for news of a baby is NOT an excuse to live in a hovel.. now move!!!!

DS3 chucked a wobbly this morning and broke the window in the back door.. so he is banned from taling to me for the rest of the day and banished to school under a cloud.. I hate sending them to school being cross with them, but this just takes the biscuit.. stupid children I have!!

My phone is due for an upgrade.. actually DD's is due this month and mine is due November, wonder when DS1's is up??.. might ring and ask.. so I'm going to have a look at the offers via Quidco etc.. see what I can find! I want the n95 but if O2 aren't giving it free.. Orange are!!! and I get more minutes and texts included for the same money..

    Eeeeekkkk... post!!!

I've got.. confirmation of the credit agreement for the new boler so basically that is confirmed for tomorrows installation.. *scream and run around room like a headless chicken!!* My house is a mess!!!!

I have the new dates and agenda for the Parents Consultative Group.. re provision for SEN children in the city (guess who is just about THE most outspoken member of the group.. :D) And one of this years training sessions for school governors is.. primary to secondary provision... something VERY big on my agenda!!! Oh I'm in there!!

I also got this years list of training sessions for school givernors, so I've put down to do 2 each term.. Tiddles will be in nursery after christmas so those won't be a problem.. and before then I'm sure I can con someone to have her for a few hours.. she's not THAT scary lol.

I also got the confirmation of my application for appointment as parent governor for the boys high school.. if there is a place I'll get it as I have the 2 boys there.. oh they'll think they've been hit by a sledgehammer!!!! lmao..

I am also going to accept the governor linkage with the foundation stage as well.. so the nursery is 'mine' I've had 7 children through the nursery and one more yet to start and I don't like the way it is being run at the moment, and neither do many other parents.. these new government initiatives are not good in practice!!

AND I have 2 forms to get back into school...

Glee.. a morning of paper shuffling and an afternoon of paper stripping!!! When do I do anything useful??
