    Afternoon all.

    Been out all day and did not make it to the supermarket - have to go sometime tonight - am supposed to go to PTA meeting - cannot decide whether to go and then on to supermarket or to miss meeting and go to supermarket?

    Feel a little bit better but still woozy, managed to S&S the kitchen and load and switch on the DW so at least that's clean. Just stuck oven chips/f.fingers in the oven for the kids' tea I really can't be bothered.

    Oh and I switched everything off in the house (bar the fridge freezer) to see how much my pc actually uses in pence an hour (how very, very sad) and it's 3p :D

    Into page 6 already on day 1 - good job I can catch up with reading in my lunch hour, but cant post.

    List for today

    Dailies
    Uniforms ready for morning
    Packed lunches for morning
    Get food from freezer for tea tomorrow if reqd
    S/S kitchen - kids
    S/S bathroom - kids
    Clear table and wipe - kids
    Empty dishwasher - kids
    Sweep floors all downstairs - kids
    Walk dog - kids
    Wipe stairs
    Prepare tea

    Plus

    Manic Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room

    Level One
    Clean floors,
    Level Two
    Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
    Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front
    Wipe dining table (clean table cloth if necessary)
    Level Three
    15 minute fling and tidy in that junk drawer in the kitchen.. get rid of all that stuff you put in there for ‘later’ .. mind those prehistoric mousetraps!! ;)
    Extra Mission
    30 minutes ironing!!! I KNOW you’ll love me for that one!


    One job from level 3 and one from extras so I am not overdoing it.

    I meant to post hours ago but the computer had a hissy fit so I left it for a while. I've cleaned all the worktops, fronts of cupboards, appliances and inside the microwave. Even decrumbed the toaster. Vacuumed right through downstairs. Didn't clean the windows properly but I got the cat snot off.....

    Just cut the grass back and front.

    I had someone is hysterics once.. I said I had been cleaning the front bay window because it had bum cheek prints on.. They found that hilarious.. I find it quite normal.

    My mother always has dog snot on her windows!

    I've just gobbled a chip butty off the kids plates and I feel MUCH better, think all the running to the loo has made me empty and I was in need of food lol (soz to all those eating) I'm hot now though lol *whips off warm granny/poorly cardi* yes I have a poorly cardi lmao I always wear it when I'm not well, usually wear OH's jumper/sweat-top but he's not available at the mo - yes, I'm odd! :p

  • Well the kitchen is spangly. Going to cook supper and some soups for lunches during the week and then mop the floor before i sit down and do some reading

    Go through the house finding things to go to car boot or ebay - i will reduce the amount i have in the house there isnt much at the moment but i just want the bare minimum!!
    Sort my wardrobe out. I put all my summer clothes away on Sunday and fished the winter ones out now to have a sort and see what i think i will actually use!! - i have far too many clothes and they are slobby ones from when i was a student now i have to buck my ideas up!

    HopeElizzy - lovely idea on the flower.

    I remember the bum prints on the window....

    Extra mission - not really flylady but want to write letter to Grandmother and post this with two other letters.

    Only first full day back at work and I am so tired. At least I have half a roast chicken left over from Sunday lunch so it's curry chicken tonight with a glass of white wine - cook's perk!
