  • Will you be able to open? Are you classed as a gym? On the topic of vertigo I found the exercises where you hang your head over the bed really useful.  They are not nice to do as the force you into dizziness but for you can persevere they are rather effective.

I don't know if we can answer. We're not a gym, as we're taught classes, but we do maintain strict 2m distancing and have designated equipment stations in effect, just like a gym. The published document https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/937529/COVID-19_Winter_Plan.pdf (bottom of page 29, top of page 30) makes it about as clear as mud. Exercise should remain closed, but gym buildings may open. This appears to be the winter comeback to the hit single 'go to work, but don't go to work'.

Not tried those ROTE, will have to look them up, I've done the wierd fast head movement then flopping sideways onto the bed thing, that didn't help sadly.

  • Yes, the whole thing is as clear as mud.
https://youtu.be/UjPOv-EH3U0 Try this one, it worked for me.  Although I needed to do it a few times.  My doctor thinks mine was stress related. I have had it a few times with the first so bad that I couldn’t turn over in bed.

I was very tempted to write off today, just stay in bed, yesterday got the better of me. To round off the fact it's very unlikely we can reopen we've also been removed from the Amazon Vine program, not aware we've broken the rules but we are very behind on reviews. I'm not gutted as we haven't had anything decent in ages, just strange cheap tat mostly, but it was just another thing to not work out.

    So today,
    1. Contact bank, find out why 2 of the 3 charge back payments have gone through, and not the other one
    2. Edit and upload yesterdays class
    3. Upload all designs from yesterday to POD sites
    4. Manually upload all designs to etsy
Only £8.97 in Quidco at the moment so I'm going to hold off on paying it out just yet (I usually draw out at the end of each month), £363 tracked in cashback though (took out a regular saver a few months back) so hoping there will be a decent payout this side of Christmas.

Also have about £50 to pay out from Amazon KDP from ebook sales which I'd cash out if I could work it out, it used to pay automatically but since I cancelled my card in August it's been really funny with me.

Due the monthly payment from online teaching in about 2 weeks too. I miss the daily payments I used to get from surveys etc in a way, at least I felt like I was moving forward, but the payments now do tend to be bigger when they come. Currently trying to work up to getting my yoga youtube channel monetized, only about 900 subscribers to go!

The rules are all so confusing, hope you get some clarification soon. I'm glad the kids can go back to swimming and Gymnastics again. Their dance classes only have 2 left so they are finishing the term on zoom.
Off work today so have sorted some of kids toys to prepare for Christmas and listed a couple to sell on facebook selling site. Need to hide rest in loft before they find them. P rarely plays with toys now and H just loves her dolls but has so many of them. Going to pop to library shortly to return the books we have had since march as they are open for returns only .

    2. Edit and upload yesterdays class
    3. Upload all designs from yesterday to POD sites Uploaded all I can, didn't realise some sites had a daily upload limit so will finish those in the morning
    4. Manually upload all designs to etsy Not even started

We did sort a few more bits out today to sell on facebook or ebay. It's looking likely most of my locations if not all won't be able to reopen next week as we'll be in tier 3, so now just waiting for Thursday to find out, but very aware that actually in all likelihood those levels can and will be changed by January when we're planning to reopen most sites.

    So tomorrow:
    1. Send new house card
    2. Upload designs to sites that hit their cap today
    3. Create spreadsheets for the other two folders of designs
    4. Upload to etsy
    5. Email Alton Towers with details of our passes
    6. Book a Christmas activity
    7. Reply to webby
    8. Put extra kids class at main location onto booking host
    9. Request new clubcards/work out how to login
Alton Towers is because we bought annual passes on black friday last year, then couldn't use them this year, so if we provide pictures of the passes they may roll them over to next year apparently. I'm hoping to be able to go for a few days at Easter if the world is getting more normal, the kids are real thrill seekers so they love theme parks.

How is everyone feeling about the Christmas relaxation? Everyone seems to have a strong opinion on it! I'm finding it so hard to get excited to see family rather than just worried the kids will secretly be spreading something. All 6 adults in the family are able to work from home so it's only my kids going to school that's a potential risk source.

I was seeing my parents anyway as they are my support bubble. Just waiting to see if my sister is going to be able to see us. She had my nephew in Sept and I've only seen him once which makes me sad. My sister was a shielding person too although she wasn't very good at it and my niece is at school. She has in laws to think about too so just leaving it to her if she wants to see us. Kids will be in two bubbles as they will have their dads side too.

Clubcard, I have £169 in vouchers, my account in my maiden name (that wracks up points somehow, no clue how as I don't have a card for it!) has £7.50 in vouchers, and NIM has £26. I think it's likely we're going to turn those into virgin airmiles, we already have quite a few, and with those points converted we'd have enough for 4 return flights to anywhere in off peak season, or 2-3 flights in peak season depending on where we went. Usually though they have a 'sale' in January where you get more airmiles for your money, so I'm going to hold off with all vouchers that aren't expiring for now. The hope would be to book either South Africa for Christmas 2021/2, or Orlando for summer 2022. Or both if we eat a lot of food and buy a lot of petrol between now and then :D I'm supposed to be running a retreat on the other side of the world next year too, so I need to sort a flight for that, although I don't really want to use airmiles to get a free flight for a business cost rather than a personal one when we're such prolific travelers anyway.

    1. Reply to webby
    2. Manual upload to printful
    3. Submit medicash claim for largest's glasses
    4. Wrap 15 presents
    5. Apply for council grant
    6. Apply for franchise programme
    7. Parcel up parcels for Amazon and clothes return
Keeping it short today as the printful job is a big one to do by hand, but so many sites are having trouble yesterday and today with this google server issue I'm not sure what I can actually do.

  • Is your mystery clubcard linked to a credit card by any chance?  I have a Tesco credit card which also has a clubcard number attached to it but no physical clubcard for that account.  Each time I use that card in Tesco it also asks me if I want to use it as a clubcard too at the tills.  We're also converting the points to virgin miles but haven't made enough for one flight yet - guess that's because we don't shop in Tesco that often!
