So, looks like I just might have pulled the company around that was going to have to liquiade as all it's premises and therefore income stopped in the space of a week, we've found new times for one premises, and the other might be staying open, there's a town council meeting this week, but we have until the end of November while they decide.

Hadn't budgeted for a car service this month (for the ancient one, not the new one) so that was £110. It threw up quite a few things that may be a problem come MOT time in January, but that's a bridge we'll need to cross then.

Doing the kids annual halloween party today, I love a themed party, so far I've done cake which when you cut it has hidden pumpkins inside in the cross section, shrunken head potatoes, frankenstein marshmallow squares, spiderweb crispy cakes, spider sandwiches and snake pizza twists. I just have spooky mini pizzas left to do (basically I cut ghosts, cats etc out of cheese slices) and then hot dogs and candy floss when the kids are actually here. Hot dogs were meant to be severed fingers, but I had almonds for the finger nails, and I'm about 90% sure one of the kids has a nut allergy although mum hasn't mentioned it so I'm not going to risk it. If anyone has any ideas for a pretend fingernail that won't kill a child shout now!
