But there has been no confirmation so the POPLA appeal needs to be sorted. What date was on the rejection letter with the POPLA code?

She is not able to respond at the moment because she is on her bed having a rest.

John, it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance and that of your lovely wife Stacey. I have to say that I admire both of you and wish you well in the future. You both have a hard enough job to do without all this muck from [STRIKE]Smart[/STRIKE] Heartless Parking being thrown at you.
Everyone here is on your side and I hope once this is over you will come back, perhaps here or on one of the other threads such as the Money Savers Arms where I often hang out, now and then to say hello.

Stacey, I loved the video of you driving your electric wheelchair in the water. It was nice to see you smiling.

As mentioned I am sad that Smart have not followed through and documented that they have cancelled this.

I therefore recommend going forward at POPLA.

I recommend the main point is that Smart's notice to keeper is not POFA 2012 compliant, and that Stacey cannot have been the driver as she does not drive.

So there is no keeper liability, and no driver liability.

It say on POPLA website
'Video clips can be attached to your online appeal. MPG is the preferred format for video clips and these must be no more than 20mb in size.'


how do get me videos to be MPG and how do get them be as small 20mb? or can me get away with send link to me youtube?
