Up early watching England play cricket in Bangladesh - my main indulgence these days is Sky Sports - but it gives me chance to check the finances and make a payment of £35 to one of the balance ccs.

Sorry couldn't find a way to multi quote more than three keedie but slept ok last night. More than what I'd like but I can work on that....rome wasn't built in a day - basic reality - only up for 3/4 hour in night - not the 2-4 hours (or longer) it has been - for that I praise the Lord

Welcome Penniesinmyjar, you've discovered a great asset to achieving financial freedom!:T

My PAD is £5 today please Erme - and I'm glad that you're able to sleep with less night time interruption. Your MHWellness Plan sounds very similar to mine - albeit in the reverse order; medication, eating well, me time and sleeping well :D
