Just realised at 2am or so this morning. Poor sleep is causing paranoia and muddle. Got a few options I can try from reducing stimulants (including screen time) to warm milk

Just so need to get this sorted as paranoia and muddle is not fun!!!!

Will check back later with totals :)....this is getting too close to psych unit for my liking:P

  • Morning all

Trouble sleeping here too Erme but it's down to stress levels from work at the moment looking forward to pay day next week followed by a long weekend to myself.

As we are awaiting pay day, today is a small but mighty 70p to savings

    Have a good day all

    Hi All,

A PAD of £25 to MBNA please.

Erme - I hope that you start to settle with your sleep pattern very soon :(. That hyper jittery paranoid state can escalate very quickly, so please take care and concentrate on getting some sleep even if you're not experiencing your ideal/full sleep and rest pattern. As you can slowly work towards a better balance...? When I'm escalating, I try to avoid emotionally draining situations/people or events that are too emotionally charged, even if they're happy, like birthdays etc. Don't go cold turkey with reducing the stimulants if you can help it, as the anxiety/paranoia can sometimes fill the void (well in my case anyways).

    Keedie,
    xx
