It's not hard to know the name of your TSB account. You could check online, or if you are blocked, you could ask TSB if you never made a note of your account name / T&Cs in several years.

Which TSB account comes with a relationship manager?

Business accounts come with relationship managers if the business turns over enough (though you probably knew that, and were pointing out that the call centre person mis-spoke, presuming that the OP had a business account with a manager because the debacle was business-related).

It would also explain why they never called the OP, not existing and all that.

So in summary... No theft by TSB of deposited funds, business back from the brink, no longer at the supposed mercy of the said bank and petrol money on it's way back to lender.

    Happy Days

Whilst I hope they explain/compensate you, I have to say your fraud marker was more swiftly resolved than my own transfer between my own bank accounts, lol.

And that my friends is the world we live in, in a nutshell.

Glad things were sorted out satisfactorily in the end and you can conduct your business. It may be however, that as a result of this you consider your set up a little more and tweak your systems and setup accordingly as suggested above.

It didn't take much to floor your current business administration model and your panic as per your thread/posts should tell you that you need to shore up you cashflow and payment security options as a minimum.
