Hi PH lovely to see you again! :) X
    I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy

Thank you all so such for the welcome back. I have missed you all.

After months of chronic insomnia with mostly two hours sleep per night I had over 7 hours last night and have woken feeling like I could conquer the world. It feels so good after feeling so worn out and poorly for such a long time. Its a good job really with the dry washing mountain to be put away.

This morning I have tidied, done washing, sorted bins and prepped the lunch. Its been a while since I have been so proactive.

We are so close to Christmas and with so much to do I have decided to give myself a break. There is absolutely no way I will be able to declutter everything by Christmas so I have given up on that idea. I will continue ploughing away at it but won't be beating myself up about what's not been achieved. Phew, its a relief really as I have been very stressed about it all.

I'm still working on looking after myself. I have kept up with the new skincare regime and the new eating plan is working as I've dropped nearly a stone.:j. There is still plenty to go though.. Today I'm starting on upping the water intake which always makes me feel good. I also need to find some sort of exercise to do which I enjoy.

Money. Well I still have the PPI money for windows and need to start researching after Christmas. I'm not looking forward to this as its such a
big decision. The debts are also still there and I need to refocus in the new year especially with everything seemly to be getting so much more expensive. My Ald1 shop has risen quite a lot and I'm feeling a bit worried about costs in the near future. It looks like a garden grown diet is going to be primary.

I need to get on now. I hope you are all OK and have a good weekend.

  • Loving both the sig and the sentiments. I've had to accept that my year end targets won't be achieved but, we're both still moving in the right direction and that's what we need to focus on. I'm glad you're back.

  • You sound like you're getting yourself into a really good place right now :).

It's sensible not to set your de-cluttering target too high before Christmas. Set yourself small achievable goals with the de-cluttering.

And well done on the weight loss :j.

Lovely to have you back and Wow! to the weight loss!

I was concerned when you were quiet for so long but obviously a lot's been going on and even the usual pressures of life take a toll, without any extras. So go on being good to yourself. :)

I will save you having to catch up on my diary - lots of bits of Christmas shopping, not on top of it at all, doing too much, paid a bit more off the mortgage. So no change really. :o

The home grown garden will be good - mine has gone to rack and ruin because I spend so little time there. Maybe yours will spur me on!

    Thank you all.

Well after one nights sleep I'm back to hardly any. Boo hiss. Anyway I'm not going to let it get me down. Today I'm determined to get ahead of myself. Ive already started on the kitchen and I'm on the second load of washing. THE WASHING WILL BE UP TO DATE TODAY.

I have some bits of Christmas shopping to finish and need to crack on with the stuff I'm making. A good day of solid hard work should bring some peace of mind. I have never been so being with Christmas shopping, even when I was properly skint. I don't like it.

I will be back later with a proper update not done on my phone. Have a fab day.
