    UPDATE

UKPC letter in response to appeal is asking for name and address of the driver.

    What now?

Obviously you ignore it and wait, like you will read on every UKPC thread. :)

    Yep!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Now, Zenith Collections, who have sent a very polite letter informing us that they are now responsible for the recovery of the debt.

What happened when you appealed to PoPLA?

Why are you telling us about debt collectors?
I married my cousin. I had to...

Not on this website, nor on this thread either. In fact you were told several times to appeal, how to appeal, and when, as well as reading the NEWBIES thread that tells you all about the appeals process.

    Posts 2,3,5,7,8,9.

You were only advised to ignore the phishing exercise, and to ignore debt collectors.

I have no idea how you misconstrued that as doing the opposite.

I did appeal, and then I was told to ignore.

No, you were told to ignore the letter asking who was driving AND WAIT ''like you will read on every UKPC thread''.

And every UKPC thread told you to ignore that letter but when you get a rejection letter with POPLA code you then appeal to POPLA.

Never mind, you are only getting debt collector letters for the moment, however you should have killed this way back at POPLA stage.
