Looks like we might be stuttering back to life again. :T

I was working from home today, which means I am within sight of my immerSUN and thought I saw the second green light come on. As soon as I looked it was gone, then yes, it was back but no, gone again.

Anyway, it then came on and I grabbed my phone and launched the site, yey, access! For good measure I decided to check for new bridge firmware, which seems to have done the trick to enable me to keep two greens.

Data seems to be coming and going at the moment but the IP addy is pingable (new IP addy too at 62.30.9.158) and has been for an hour or so now.

Fingers crossed.

I also sent the new firm an email suggesting they might want to communicate with us via this thread but no reply yet...:beer:

I've also been able to ping live.myimmersun.com this morning (getting same new address).

I've reset the Immersun unit with the new Cloud IPA and now have 2 green lights on bridge unit. I'm also getting what seem to be quite reasonable figures on the display webpage.

However, I can't see any history at all (even from a year ago). I'm sure system will reload some data though not convinced that it will go back the full 15 months - not that it's really important that it does since I have backup files from June 2015 till 20 Sept 2016.


Update (after 15 mins)

History page now goes back till midnight but still nothing for yesterday or any earlier dates.
