Oh dear, message now says server not active.......:(0

Hi Eric,
I noticed this morning that I had the amber/green lights and later that I had only the icons but no data - exactly what you describe.
Just got home and still the same. I still had the old 213.123 IP addy hard-coded into my unit but when you ping that it is no longer being forwarded, so I changed to 000 etc but no change. Changed now to 77.68 etc but still the same.
Not good news but on the possibly brighter side of very dark, it did this for the first couple of days in August, so there may be a glimmer of hope that it pops back into life in a few days.
If not perhaps we should approach the liquidator and suggest that those who want it should be provided with the back-office website and scripts so they can run on their own computer if they want to - after all, we have sort of paid for that when buying the bridge etc?0 -
I have been in contact with the liquidator today owing the the server message.
She has told me that the Immersun assets and brand name have been sold. She was hopeful that the server service might be continued but does not represent the buyer so cannot express more than hope.
That might well explain the server loss at the moment.
A bit miffed as I was in the process of downloading my data!:o
If I hear any more I will post.0 -
Interesting. The old 213 IP addy now points (since today) at myimmerSUN.co.uk, not .com, which is new. The websites are also back up and running with a new address but otherwise unchanged as far as I can see. All seems to point at what the liquidator says.
live.immersun.com still points at 77. addy but that could soon change I guess.
I mailed the team at immerSUN. Let's see what they come back with...0 -
Noted on Immersun website that there is now a new company associated with it. SISEM Ltd in Kent.
Does that give us the prospect of getting some remote data and tech support for purchaser's of units, I wonder?0 -
No reply from them yet. perhaps everyone should send the a polite "when will the system be back online" mail?0
-
Things seem to be coming back. My live monitoring is now working but old data has gone.
earlier it was the other way around.
Fingers crossed all will be back soon........0 -
My 'bridge unit' is now showing two green lights and I can access the page http://live.myimmersun.com
Alas, that's the end of the good news. After logging in I can see the usual set of icons but all of them are blank. If I look at today's history page I get a set of zeroes and that's also true for the last few weeks. However, the history page for 1st August is showing correctly (or at least apparently correctly - I haven't checked the numbers are the same as they were at the time) as are any earlier days that I've checked.
I'm hoping that things might improve after another day or two.NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq50 -
Mine is back with data from today but nothing else (yet). I have the IP addy set to all zeros.
Pinging live.myimmersun.com gives 62.30.121.254
Also, re old data, my experience is that it can take a day or so to repopulate after a down period.0 -
As of a couple minutes ago my historic data is back:beer:0
