Grrr struggling at the moment.
Trying the couch to 5K programme and that's going well.
Not sure the man is a long-term thing but getting to know him is a lot of fun.
Not a lot of spare money at the moment.
Just plodding and trying. xx

Plodding and trying sounds pretty good to me. Good luck with couch to 5k, I'm shockingly bad at doing stuff like that so well done you.
Let's hope this grim weather improves and we can get excited about longer days and signs of spring. Xxx

I enjoyed the couch to 5k when I did it. At 49 though I've decided my running (outside) days are over.

I think I was always destined to be a bit of a useless adult. I don't have a lot of common sense or foresight but I working to turn it round.
Massively reduced the social this year. Which has been massive. Applied for some new jobs to make the move - this job had long ago become problematic.

Less drinking and less takeaways, minimal make up and clothes.

Dont do yourself down PSL. I do not at all get the impression you are useless. You may have made some not ideal choices with money at times but equally, you have made some good ones. You are on the property ladder - that is a big thing.

Adulting isn't easy and we all have times where it feels hopeless but I do believe you will be ok.
