I have a problem returning cosmetic goods for refund. The store has a Return Policy in the store, which seems pretty straightforward. I can't see any apology would be required. The debate betweem BrentMeister and Hollydays was the fact she removed her post that named the store.

Anyway, she named the store as Orogold and not Tresor Rare.

Although the same groups, we don't say PcWord/Curries when we mean CarPhoneWarehouse or Argos when we mean Homebase.
