    The store in question is Tresor Rare, just off Oxford Street. They stopped replying to my emails and did not answer my registered letter. Considering next steps.

    Hollydays said the store in question was orogold (in the post I have quoted below) and not Tresor Rare.

    I said " orogold etc" , the clue was , orogold has other names -like tresor rare.

    Surely naedanger you could have googled that before you jumped in?
