Quick update on this one.

The store in question is Tresor Rare, just off Oxford Street. They stopped replying to my emails and did not answer my registered letter. Considering next steps.

Which was indeed the store hollydays suggested. (At least) one person owes her an apology here.

Hollydays said the store in question was orogold (in the post I have quoted below) and not Tresor Rare.

Surely naedanger you could have googled that before you jumped in?
