I have been round that road twice now and tbh its a great place to be, they sell quickly there and i know that.
Hopefully there's no nasty surprises tomorrow but i'll let you know how i get on tomorrow...0 -

I think it's this combined with the current quick sale that concerns OP. Had there just been the 3 sales in 2006, I don't think that would be of concern.0 -
3 sales in 2006 - money laundering. There is a house like that down my street which sold twice 6 months apart with a huge price difference. Wasn't a fixer upper either.0

I would ignore the three sales in 2006 as it was probably just profit taking.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0
