You keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better about yourself.

I can say it is 'just better', I just did.

Well if a person is unable to justify a point of view then it usually turns out they are wrong :rotfl:

If you read my posts and then come to a conclusion that I am unable to afford a Tag watch then I think you have misunderstood the points I am making!

Well if you "know" that I can't afford it then you need to really reevaluate the thought process you use to determine you "know" something. I think you will find a lot of other things you "know" to be incorrect also ! ;)

There isnt anything that I do not know, I know everything, and everything I know is correct.

I have never said it is wrong to buy a £2000 watch and I never said people are "stupid". But I've never seen a watch that has enough "style" to justify £1900 more.

Well I would take that to mean that you're not stylish enough to understand why somebody might want to wear a watch that costs more than yours does and works in a different way.

How can someone's opinion of something be wrong? Opinions are personal views or tastes and not points based on factual evidence.
Someone else may well have a totally different view but that doesn't make either of the opinions right or wrong.

I mentioned the features of the watch earlier in the thread. But you forced me to into more detail by not not reading my previous posts and claiming a £10 watch is more accurate.
Like I said in the post above how can having a watch that never needs the time changing and never needs a battery change is a "gimmick".
Yes, it is just a gimmick and one that you paid over the odds for ..... you now have a cheap watch with a cheap inaccurate mechanism all for the gimmick of saying it sets itself automatically.
Imagine if a manufacturer released a car than never needs to be serviced ever. Would you also say that is a gimmick?
When your next gimmicky watch uses oil filters, air filters and a timing belt let me know and I will treat your comparison with less contempt..:rotfl::rotfl:

I really can't tell if your trolling or seriously believe it's a gimmick :rotfl:. Why would you openly choose to buy a watch that you need to take for a service, pay to change the battery and have to manually set the time?. Having it all done automatically is the logical thing. I can also gurantee that the mechanism in my watch is a lot more accurate than any mechanical watch you can buy.

But is automation to reduce unecessary work is a gimmick then I'm sure you must be continually ranting about "gimmicks" in your life. Like the way the light in the fridge comes on when the door opens, why not a good old fashioned manually switch!. The thermostat in your house, just adjust each radiator manually depending on the temperature.

I don't think you can, all you can say is that it's accurate when reset with the time signal, in between it could be wildly inaccurate.
