I noticed yesterday that Wetherspoons takes contactless. Progress at last, for those of us who drink in the cheap end of life's pond.0

Did anyone else get less than £5 for the month May contractless spending, (given in June)?0

I don't understand this whole thread. It can only be maximised up to a spend of £100 per month. Personally, I use my card contactless in Tesco twice and that's my 100 quid done. Why would I want to mess about buying vouchers?0

You are lucky to have a Tesco that takes contactless cards. Lots of us struggle to spend £100 using contactless because in most parts of the country the majority of supermarkets and garages don't yet accept contactless, hence this discussion.0 -

You've also used a back-tick instead of an apostrophe. Try looking naer the RETURN key... specifically the '@' key.
I put my shopping in different trolleys and pay for them separately. Never asked to split payments and never been challenged. The only time I come unstuck is when the card decides to ask for pin and chip. But usually lots of time left in the month.0 -
