I have just received a parking charge notice from parking eye it stated I entered car park(Aldi) at 1852 Friday and left 10,23 Saturday yes I visited stores on both days but no way did I leave my car overnight.

its called a "double dip" and is a common problem with ANPR cameras

complain to aldi , read the NEWBIES sticky thread and appeal it online to PE using the blue text template, adding an additional note that the driver made 2 short visits on 2 separate consecutive days and not 1 continuous visit

do not name the driver, appeal as keeper only

You didn't POST appeals to ParkingEye did you? They lose them when people post letters, that's why we say appeal ONLINE.

I would now submit the same appeal online, belt and braces. They have 35 days.

    will take a picture.......

As this is a money grabbing exercise they will reject your initial appeals though.
You appeal each notice separately and get free proof of posting for each.

Umm if i appeal now via their site will i not be out of time?
losing all three would be just plain stupid, iirc law states that once posted it is deemed as sent and my implied contract with them ends as i have done as requested.
i will check my proof of postage, but if they have gone over the 35 days reply time can i not use that to my advantage?
    Thank you again

no harm in trying it and sending twice is better than none and better than lost appeals and the hassle it causes (and its free)

all you do is go on the PE site , appeal each one , choosing KEEPER and not DRIVER, copy and paste each appeal that you posted and submit each one

the 35 days is a rule that the BPA do not enforce so I doubt it will help your case but is a good complaint starter if you do have to complain with copies of your proof of postage (which they would ask for anyway)

you need to start treating this topic as a sc@m and dont trust any of these people as far as you could throw blackpool tower, ie:- none

if you cannot put them in one the appeal site, email them to PE instead, with pcn ref numbers , keeper details and VRM added (dont come back and say you cannot do it because.................)

They have 35 days to respond to your initial appeal.
There is no harm in doing your initial appeal on line as well but I'm of the old school and prefer to have my proof that the appeal was sent.
Computer systems aren't always what they are cracked up to be and system lost data is common.
So both ways are fine but whats on the piece of paper is what you want to state not necessarily PE questions they want you to answer by mistake.

I simply meant go online and chase them, calling yourself the 'registered keeper' (NOT DRIVER) stating you did appeal by letter (attached) and you have proof of postage and reiterate the appeal. I didn't mean you to 'appeal again' as such. Should never have posted them IMHO - they will have lost them. They never lose online appeals, people just keep a screenshot which would have been so much less stressful than making it possible for hem to dodge the appeal by losing your letters.

Never use post in these circs - just my experience after submitting hundreds. And never post POPLA appeals either. Always online is best.

    Nope. Sorry, doesn't help you.

In their reply to your appeals did they challenge your assertion regarding the late arrival of the NTK?

Since POPLA costs them nothing if they withdraw, they're probably not even looking at initial appeals and try and get the appellant to jump through another hoop by having to do a POPLA appeal.
