Well I sent Edna's response.

From what I've seen the only way that I would receive an allowed appeal is if UKCPM don't submit any evidence in response (as we have seen with other WH assessments in the POPLA sticky) so figured for others interest I would send that and CC the ISPA rather than an amended appeal as these have been rejected.

Ill post up any correspondence I get back, however I suspect I will be ignored and they will decline the appeal on the basis that UKCPM will submit an evidence pack.

FYI, I have never in 20 tickets received a pack and I think of all the tickets only two had evidence submitted by UKCPM (Based on the POPLA responses)

Off-topic-curiosity ... what does Times Ghosted mean in your signature?

Times I got a ticket but never received a windscreen notice. Was known on the forum as ghosting at the time.

Good to know. Two of mine going through now (UKCPM, part of the lost 4000)...will be pressing hard on the lack of evidence pack issue.
