Wright Hassall clearly are unprofessional in not replying, maybe they don't know how to reply

The ISPA statement clearly says ...

"Wright Hassall Solicitors have assured ISPA and the BPA that they take seriously concerns regarding their independence in providing this appeals service, and are putting in place substantial measures
to mitigate these concerns, including issues around conflict of interest.
Wright Hassall Solicitors are regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority and are therefore bound by the Code of Conduct set
by that regulator which includes the proper handling of conflicts of interest."

Nicola and the ISPA must now give an official statement regarding this matter and until then, everyone who receives a rejection from Wright Hassall should query how fair the assessment was ?

I've just received a response from Nicola Mullany -

On the face of the evidence I have provided, it has raised serious concerns and she has instructed their independent assessor to investigate further (I assume this is one of the two senior lawyers). She is intending to bring it to the board's attention when they meet at the end of June. She has also asked my permission to forward my email to WH to ask them to explain directly to her what has happened.

sending a document to the wrong party , must be frowned on by the SRA

regarding the post above , I think they should STOP all further appeals using WH immediately

    Thank you leeda84

Let's hope the investigation looks carefully at ALL rejected cases by WH, their decisions cannot be seen as unbias or trustworthy.

As PG says, all cases being dealt with by WH must be stopped immediately

I think Nicola should consider getting the board together immediately and not the End of June as this is the type of story that could give the ISPA a name of not being trustworthy

90% of the cases (that are lost) will never be mentioned on this forum or others , people will simply pay up.
forums will only get dribs and drabs of failed appeals

the ISPA is not a known company by the average J public , how do they know to complain to them

J.Public will simply pay up when there failure arrives on WH lettered paper.

90%? More like at least 99.75%!!! There were about 4000 stayed POPKA appeals passed to WH. I don't think that we have seen even 10 cases on the forums.

I very much doubt anything will come of this as the original POPLA did this to me. Although I hope so as my appeal is also with WH.

The evidence pack the PPC sent in when I appealed was missing evidence, miraculously the evidence turned up after I mentioned it was missing to POPLA.

No I didn't to be honest i'd never heard of ISPA until I started reading up more on PPC's and reading the pranksters blog.

But by that time my case was already pending the Bevis outcome and then moved to WH.
