Think about all those who do not know about these forums ?

The ISPA, in the interests of the general public should inform the Police of their findings and complaints thus far and request a full investigation into the activities of Wright Hassall

    Hi everyone,

Earlier today I received an email (from WH on behalf of POPLA) saying that my appeal has been rejected and I must pay within 28 days.

I too got a letter asking for extra evidence, which must be provided within 7 days, but I only received the letter the day before the deadline! However, I did re-itterate my original evidence (Genuine Pre-Estimate of Loss), but there was no reference to this in my final rejection letter.

In addition to this, WH have said they will not respond to any correspondence from either party as this decision is 'final'. Given their very generic rationale for rejecting the appeal I find this very unfair - probably just a scare tactic.

    Anyone got opinions on this?

    Many thanks,
    Adam

debt collector speak , rubbish , you now have a chance of fighting "scum and Co" in YOUR local county court

mention that that was the only option given to you and its misleading and untrouthful

The ISPA has already shown concerns about Wright Hassall and claim to be monitoring them.

It would also be a good idea to copy the Parking Prankster with this one

That's not surprising given the position the filth are in. I was considering ignoring them completely and I think I will now.
