Does the card number appear on your statements?

Failing that, look for a money transfer promo card.

Tell them the card from 2014 is lost and you need a replacement to use the account.

Did they give a reason as to why they wouldn't send you another one?

You need to find out why they won't issue a new card.

Failing that, as zx81 said, get a card that offers MTs.

Try adding 3 years to the expiry date of your old card.

The transfer payment won't use the expiry date anyway, just the card number as a payment reference.
