Returning a game to Game, refund or store credit?

Yes, by copies I mean legitimate, official copies purchased with cash from a genuine source. Not a pirated copy. My apologies, I could have made it a bit more clear. And yes, the game is Doom. I have read a few other pages from other sites where people claim to have the same problem, over-heating, loud jet engine sounds and lag which renders the game useless. ��

I think you will have problems doing a return on an opened package , gather up other web comments for ammo

As I stated, if you think it has issues then you need to take it back to Game who will no doubt see for themselves.

Thanks guys, I shall return it. I can only hope that they are in a good mood. I'm just praying that it's the same on their in-store console or else I'll have to drag my son's PLS4 down there with me just to prove that I'm not some litter spitter. Bloody luck I have when buying things, everything my wife buys works out of the box for years on end. Whatever I purchase falls to pieces, the opposite of Midas touch ��

And I forgot to answer the question, Does the PS4 have good ventilation? Indeed it does, dust free and not store in a drawer. My son hoovers the vents once a months to stop dust clogging it up. I think he treats his computer better than he treats himself ��

I once returned a new game to Game as i was caught in an auto save point/death loop.
Gave me a full refund.
