Sure, yes - I wasn't contradicting you in any way, just that I hadn't noticed it before. I wonder what relevance "Occupier" is in the name.bristolleedsfan said:Umiamz said:I'm sure that this one has only popped up in the last couple of days:
Has been within current tariff list about 2 weeks, being as only fixed rate tariffs are currently available to new customers to sign up to, it doesnt alter what i said "Typically only one variable tariff available to new customers at any one time"
I would guess "Occupier" relates to when someone moves in to a property already supplied by Octopus Energy

I am not sure if the (monthly?) "Power Hour" offer is restricted to Go / Go Faster customers but I would have expected to have seen some sign of it by now. Anyone had the experience yet?Telegraph Sam

I signed up to the Power Hour offer a few weeks ago based on being on Go Faster. I wasn't aware that the start date had been postponed. My understanding is that you should get one free PH per month having been given 48 hours notice of when this is to be. What I don't know is if you are given just one specified timeslot for your PH, or if there is a "window" within which to select the exact time for it. If any of this is incorrect please would someone correct me.Telegraph Sam

One hour, to be selected by Octopus, 48 hours in advance. I don't see anything which suggests you'll have a choice.1 -
Most likely there will be just one hour specified. Wishful thinking by me.
What was your source saying that the program had been postponed?Telegraph Sam
