    My neighbours elderly father is back again, over 80 and barely there but he is carrying on regardless. Normally its 3 times a week for half hour with a very loud lawn mower on a very tiny lawn - our similar sized front lawn it done in 10 mins with a push mower

    Today he is armed with a hammer and he has been aiming it at the fence (slightly out of line but mainly because he employed cowboys to put fence in) - third time he has tried hammering the fence. I have tried slamming our back door loudly in response but he didn't get the message

    Strangely it's the back garden he fixates on - front hedge and side hedge is ignored, weeds growing through the drive, sticky weed all tangled up with the hedge and invading our garden.

    The elderly father does not actually live there, it's his daughters house and I think she just lets him get on with the garden for the same of a quiet life. Which it is for her as its daytime when the mowing and hammering is done while she is at work
