    Afternoon Elite :money:
On the doggy news front, I came home to the news that our little 6 year old westie does have bone cancer. He has been given less than 2 months. He doesn't appear to be in pain or ill, so we have brought him home and the plan is to pamper him for as long as he doesn't appear to be suffering. I am dreading the day I have to take him back to the vet to have him put to sleep. My 15 yo DS, whose dog he is, is in bits :(

Oh bless you springdreams and your DS. so hard to bear. All you can do is give your westie even more love and attention. You will know when the time comes to do what we as responsible dog/cat owners must do for them. Thinking of you all :A

I've had to take my little Millie to the vets today, yes they had an emergency surgery today. She is 12 and on medication for medium heart murmer, but yesterday she had a seizure/slight heart attack. It only lasted a few moments, Her head flung from one side to the other banging on floor, then went totally solid/rigid, with her back legs stretched out along her tummy. I held her and massaged her and she moved her head but eyes showed she wasn't in, if you know what I mean. She slowly came round, starring at me, and withing minutes was herself again. She has been a little off colour the past couple of weeks, coughing more and slowing down

I rang emergency vet yesterday and he advised me to bring her in today to other practice in nearby town, unless more seizures in which case I could see vet immediately. When I took her in this morning, vet says the coughing had probably stopped blood supply to brain and that if it happens again to massage her neck, behind her ears to stimulate the blood supply. Also advised me to see my own vet this week (that will be Thursday as that's next day she is on duty) and she will adjust her medication slowly, with daily monitoring, and also do blood tests, repeated regularly as medication changed. Just glad that Millie is still here as I was sure she was a gonner when I held her yesterday  So I am watching her closely now :(

Yeah, just pointing out that it did work.. maybe a little time before it was tried and added on here :)

    Thanks for posting.
At least we now know we are on the right track of working these oos glitches out. :)

I thought for a bit that they had stopped working.

Now we know how to spot them, hopefully it will benefit people on here. :)

If anyone sees a toilet roll glitch I would really appreciate it - stocks are depleted :(. Shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, DW tablets and washing tablets - all good for a (very long) while. Cidre getting lower and plenty of C4rling, plenty of pasta, pizza now all gone and a few wedges remaining.

    Thanks

    Minky 4 Arm Rotary Airer 45m - £20.00 @ Wilko (FREE Click & Collect)

Ta for this, eventually I will need one so it's better to have one in readiness, half price. The washing line saga is a long story for another day
I also ordered 4 packs of the cheap loo paper - works out at 25p a roll but better than nothing
    And I remembered TCB
