It's a bad situation I've no influence or control over so good old fashioned prayer is the only thing that will work now, other then that it's just a waiting game

I don't think he is even talking to his brothers and sisters now either but I just keep the stream of dialogue up - even if its just pictures of the cats and the garden, places we have been, things we have done, meals we have cooked ...

I know several on the group have offspring working in the far flung corners of the empire and things do work out OK and worrying constantly is of no use to anyone

I didn't think I would ever say this, but I have a ceiling to vacuum :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Oh, and spending ages at the moment searching for a print to put on the wall. Something like a seascape, but needs to be long and thin, or at least long and not so deep. Anyone any idea where to get them from? Really need to get it online. Talking at least 100 cm by at least something like 35 cm. We have a rather blank looking wall to fill in the bedroom, so something nice and calm. Oh, and I don't want to pay a fortune :D

Free wine....Emma I'm not sure why you dont ask who told you about it what the offer is? I was told......

I think this has 2 conclusions....

Either there is no free (or next to free) wine and it's a wind up

    or

There is free or next to free wine that hasn't /won't be posted on here. I was very surprised by the (lack of) responses when free and wine were mentioned in the same sentence earlier. People who would sell their granny for a free lettuce, never mind free wine just acted like nothing had been said.

a la Andrex glitch a few weeks back. Suddenly some people are not in need of toilet roll anymore. I'm in need of neither even if they cost money. People wonder why it's so quiet on here these days :(

It's hard work keeping up with everyone's faces :(

    Yep, I forgot about the 10% :o

Still had my Tesco head on trying to working out the nearly free wine.

    Lack of responses ?
Please tell me there is an extremely glitch to get it nearly free

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I meant to write please DON'T tell me there is a glitch to get it nearly free but I accidentally missed out the don't. Do you think that's an omen for me to buy more?

I'm swerving the wine :o, but if anyone is doing a wine shop in T v A, just noticed cos and cs are giving £1 CB on any Kronenbourg multi pack. The 4 pack x 440ml is £4 in T, £3.50 in A, not a mahoos saving but maybe a good for a filler if you're sick of Carling :rotfl:

I want a winedrobe too, sounds like a fun place to escape to

would be interested in nearly free wine, is this a % off 6 comparing to another shop glitch?

what wine is nearly free please

Yes there are a few cono Sur and Hardy's comparing to As 6 for £25 so work out at approx £2.90 a bottle. To me thats half price but it sounds as though others know of an extra glitch.

OK....the wondering must stop for me...

do I go to T for wine now or is a nearly free and possibly better deal about to be revealed ........???

Where is everyone put buying nearly free wine? :rotfl:
So was it nearly free or £2.80 is a bottle,if you don't mind me asking?
    zippydooda wrote: »
in the past, to get it nearly free, an offer also had to be on the bottles in tesco of 2 for £££ or 3 for £££ as well as the 6 bottle discount. as well as comparing to another store. seems like its a fb thing.
edit, or maybe a coupon getting used
ive looked at all bottles on line and cant see any, except for little bottles which arnt supposed to be in the offer

My youngest I had home for less than a week after Christmas before he went back to the Far East and I doubt that he will ever be home again, not even for the big life events like his sisters and her BFs wedding next year ...
