The flowers DD2 brought home from work are still looking good. . Shame there is nowhere to properly display them at the moment they would make a lovely table centre piece if I had one...

Mr TS had one of those machines on checking his BP every two hours yesterday as his has been raised (probably putting up with me ) but when he went back in the evening to take it off results were ok so all is well thankfully. Sometimes I think when you know you are going to have it taken it raises, didn't you have that problem TM?

It's been a real roller coaster this past week TS, but I know now that I have to wait half an hour after having a coffee before taking my pressure. I would swap to decaf but I fibd that disgusting :eek: :rotfl:

Hope Mr TS can keep his pressure down too, it is a worry especially as you get older and maybe over doing things

Blossom is looking good on the apple trees. I don't know how long the flowers have been on the strawberries as they are partly hidden by the raspberry canes and the twigs Mr TS uses to stop the cats doing there business.

I am doing the Lean in 15 thing with DD2, the amount of protein on my plate tonight I couldn't finish it. Chicken breast, chorizo, mozzarella. :eek: It's costing a fortune as I am not managing to hit whoopsies at the right time.

I don't have the daytime meal as I'm not doing the strict exercise regime that DD2 is. I was just having a banana and doing some walking. But today I went and used my last JL voucher, so have slipped today but not told anyone.
