Hmm? Are chips protein.
It's how I lost weight before cutting out all carbs and sugar, seems to work for me. The protein fills me up.
I'm a bit lethargic in the mornings though, think have been eating so much sugar lately with all this work going on my body has gone into withdrawal.0 -

So I went for my hospital appt today and :j all is well. The pressure in my eyes is 7 in both which apparently is great.
I can make an appointment for an eye test from next week, I'm so pleased as this balance thing and eyes swimming is driving me
Blood pressure checking going well, twice a day until I see doc on Friday. I think they will be pleased to learn that it has dropped dramatically and is in the normal range now. What caused the 190/102 and the 153/?? Last week I just don't know. But I feel well and almost ready to get back to my normal routine once I have new glasses
