So I went for my hospital appt today and :j all is well. The pressure in my eyes is 7 in both which apparently is great.
I can make an appointment for an eye test from next week, I'm so pleased as this balance thing and eyes swimming is driving me
Blood pressure checking going well, twice a day until I see doc on Friday. I think they will be pleased to learn that it has dropped dramatically and is in the normal range now. What caused the 190/102 and the 153/?? Last week I just don't know. But I feel well and almost ready to get back to my normal routine once I have new glasses

We are sponsoring a cycling event at the weekend and I needed 20 packs of sweets for the little ones. I also need a dozen bottles of prosecco. I'm not getting anything decent as it just gets squirted all over:oTo do is to be. Rousseau

I'm laughing but I do understand. When my family moved from Newcastle into Suffolk we couldn't believe how mild the weather was compared to back home. My parents even shipped our sledges down too :rotfl: :rotfl: don't think we got to use them :rotfl: :rotfl:There's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -

Does anyone know where I can get a hot water bottle that isn't ribbed?
I don't want a cover, just a nice smooth hotty ( my old one perished yesterday, and I don't care for the new one that is ribbed)
Many thanks all. x
Been googling and Amazon have some not found any anywhere else .0 -

It's a weight loss challenge bubbs but I'm not doing it properly:rotfl:
I'm supposed to be eating 80g protein but find it impossible.
So I'm just pretending to do it and I'm very creative filling in my diary sheets:rotfl:
No one has sussed me out yet:rotfl:
Well done on the 10lb TM. :T
I am doing the Lean in 15 thing with DD2, the amount of protein on my plate tonight I couldn't finish it. Chicken breast, chorizo, mozzarella. It's costing a fortune as I am not managing to hit whoopsies at the right time.
I don't have the daytime meal as I'm not doing the strict exercise regime that DD2 is. I was just having a banana and doing some walking. But today I went and used my last JL voucher, so have slipped today but not told anyone.0 -

You had me going there, thought it was £3 for all 12 bottles :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I would have been tempted at that price, but we have way too much wine to consider buying anymore at the moment, the winedrobe is fullWhat is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
