Evening all, a little help if possible please.
Does anyone know where I can get a hot water bottle that isn't ribbed?
I don't want a cover, just a nice smooth hotty ( my old one perished yesterday, and I don't care for the new one that is ribbed)
    Many thanks all. x

    10lbs I've been reliably told.
I work in kg and when I look down at the scales it all looks double dutch to me.

Can anyone tell me how these Tanita scales are supposed to work?

How can they tell whether I am hydrated, how much body fat I've lost, what visceral fat I have around my vital organs:rotfl:
How old I am in body years:rotfl: etc etc

Honestly.....how can they possibly do all that....I only stand on them for seconds:rotfl:
