Well done on the 10lb TM. :T

I am doing the Lean in 15 thing with DD2, the amount of protein on my plate tonight I couldn't finish it. Chicken breast, chorizo, mozzarella. It's costing a fortune as I am not managing to hit whoopsies at the right time. :(

I don't have the daytime meal as I'm not doing the strict exercise regime that DD2 is. I was just having a banana and doing some walking. But today I went and used my last JL voucher, so have slipped today but not told anyone. :o

I'd never lose an ounce with all the protein I'm supposed to be eating.

Eggs, cheese, prawns, tinned tuna and salmon, cottage cheese, chips

    Crazy:)

So I went for my hospital appt today and :j all is well. The pressure in my eyes is 7 in both which apparently is great.
I can make an appointment for an eye test from next week, I'm so pleased as this balance thing and eyes swimming is driving me

Blood pressure checking going well, twice a day until I see doc on Friday. I think they will be pleased to learn that it has dropped dramatically and is in the normal range now. What caused the 190/102 and the 153/?? Last week I just don't know. But I feel well and almost ready to get back to my normal routine once I have new glasses :)

Glad all is well with your eyes AJ. I know from my mum's experience not everytime does it all go smoothly.

Mr TS had one of those machines on checking his BP every two hours yesterday as his has been raised (probably putting up with me :o) but when he went back in the evening to take it off results were ok so all is well thankfully. :) Sometimes I think when you know you are going to have it taken it raises, didn't you have that problem TM?

Thanks TM, I'm desperate to get home, not been for over a year  glasses sorting next then I've got to try to do that drive, stopping off for an over night in the way though :rotfl:
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Bubbs, this shop was from 20 March, I've been buying the 6 month jars lately as we are trying to introduce DGD1 to a few lumps now - she has an awful gag reflex so we have to take it slowly ;).

My BP goes up very easily? I can raise it to the point of palpitations just thinking about it:eek:
