Plugs shouldn't buzz, something's wrong. sometimes you have to jiggle the upstairs light till it comes on Needs looking at - loose connections can cause arcing and lead to fires. My mate came round who is a Plumber so he knows about DIY, he said there was a a weird smell off the plugs when he put the kettle on and he said i should get an electricin. BAD ADVICE. No, GOOD ADVICE !! Odd smells from plugs is a classic sign of overheating.
Assuming this isn't a wind-up ( though I have my doubts ), you need your electrics looking at. If you don't trust the guy that came round initially then get a second opinion. But your knowledge of electrics appears to be as good as your grasp of spelling, you're asking for trouble.0 -
well i havent got any money so i cant. I am using the computer in the libary cos i havent got internet at home maybe having no power will save me money LOL!0

This has GOT to be a wind up!!!
If you're happy to live to fizzing electrics then please ignore everyone's advice and stick to 'fixng' things yourself - I assume there is no-one else in the house that could be harmed by dangerous electrical wiring outlets??
Cheers

Sadly for you, people tend to need to charge to do work as feeding a family on fresh air is a bit of a bindNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0 -
Don't call the police. Call the men in white coats.
And while you're at it I'd give your insurance company a heads up that they might be needing to rebuild your house soon...0 -

I'd like to think it's a wind up but sadly people like this really do walk among us!
OP - get yourself a couple bags of marshmallows ready for toasting. Oh wait, that costs money!0 -
