I have a possible DVT.. and can have a GP appointment NEXT Wednesday at the very soonest.. I might actually be dead by then.. I never go to drs you all know this yet despite having had several letters and phone calls asking me to make an appointment when I ring to make one they won't do it.

Pigpen, can you ask for a telephone consultation? The doctor should be able to ring you. If not, you will become an emergency case and have to go to Outpatients.

Piggers I would go and sit in the waiting room, until a Dr saw me, this worked some years ago with my late mother, they said no appointments, I took one look at my mother, and how ill she was, loaded her in the car and off we went, we sat near the desk and I was very vocal as to why we were there, after about 1/2 hour lo and behold a dr was free, and she was duly seen.

MrsMP my money is safe ty, it is lock in my account, but an unknown did try to access my account this morning, the bank are currently insisting I have given someone the pin, but it is a small savings account I have, I pay in to it, and very rarely take out of it, it is my rainy day account, it has my eby sale money / car boot money etc put into it, it is used once a year or so to pay for my flight to else where in the world. However currently I can not get anything out, not that I currently want to, I can still pay in, but neither can anyone else get anything out.

Some washing re washed as a large bird of some sort has been by and pooed on it.

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Photogenic I've been Money Tipped!
    Afternoon all

    Pigpen
    - I'd go the walk in if you have one nearby. Whenever I've gone to my doctors with a suspected dvt they've sent me there for the test, now I just cut out the middle man :rotfl:

Kaz - hope your banking problem is sorted quickly.

This morning has been a slow start. I've read the end of my book and done my dailies. I've washed the cleaning cloths TWICE (once in cold water very short cycle to get any reside off them), now my filthy clothes from the weekend are in (including my trainers lol) on their second cycle as I did the same with them. Cloths are out on the line and I'm adding new ones to my shopping list as they're all either bleached (what from though as I rarely use bleach anywhere than the toilet bowl??), stained with stuff that just will not come out or are getting thread bare and since they're microfibre that's not good :rotfl:. I figure I'll buy a few packs over a couple of trips, then start using them in one go and put all these ones in the rag bag ;) Then I'll try to keep a tally of how many times they get washed and repeat the process when they get close to the end of their life. Apparently they should only be washed 100 times or something like that, before they start to loose their ability to clean properly. These have been washed a lot more than that :rotfl:

I've got an email to send, something to look up for another customer then text her, the print out to do and then I'm going to spend the afternoon ironing while catching up on my programmes. My brain is not in the mood for trying to make sense of any customers order in detail etc. :o Off to see my sister & her kids tonight after school. Between illness, work and clubs we've not had a chance to see my niece yet for her birthday!

Tomorrow I plan on going for a long walk with Zack to the park. I'm not sure which one yet, but I thought I might go and explore the one up by DD's school as I've not been there since DD was in infants. The route I'm thinking of is a 6mile round trip depending on where I go within the park itself. That should wear him out, and I'll take him for another long one on Friday to a park where I want to explore areas I've not been before. :D The fun is going to be getting him used to going for long walks again along main roads when he's used to only going around the block :o I'm hoping to get to the point where I'll be able to take him for a walk along with river (away from the tourist areas) on a regular basis as it'll do us both the world of good, and hopefully we won't run into as many people out running etc there.

    Finished and emailed a report.
Had a total blitz on the bedroom:
    - cleared all clothes which shouldn't be where they were lurking, put some in bin and some for CS.
    - cleaned one set of windows
    - put away all post-holiday debris of hair grips, earrings, mascara etc scattered on the dressing table into their rightful place. Chucked away a few old fancy dress type 'jewellery' odds & s0ds
    - shook 3 rugs out of the window, having first shaken them indoors to check for earrings
    -dusted and vacuumed
-emptied all waste baskets in house
    -etc

Was just poised to get some lunch and sit in the sun when friend rang. Then Mr N to say that aga repair man is running early and may be here soon......so now I need to do a rough clear of the kitchen so he's got somewhere to pile his tools (assuming the worktops aren't clear). Like I want to spend another hour and a half blitzing the kitchen. Nope, it will be a quick clear, take lunch outside then sow the bean and pea seeds that have been soaking and will be soup if I leave them any longer.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.
It's tough getting rid of the past but it does free up space for the future.

    (((HUGS)))

The shed is now completely empty. :T The other side of the coin is that the spare room is crammed full. The lawnmower and the extension power cable on a reel have had to go in there, plus the recycling box; the strimmer has gone into the loft for now, and virtually everything else has been crammed into the mobility buggy shed.

All the pots that were on the patio, plus my stone dragon, are down the bottom of the garden.

Dotty Dog is due to arrive at roughly the same time as the workmen on Friday. Could prove interesting. :D

For once, we put out a full set of rubbish/recycling this week - full green wheelie of garden waste, box of bottles/jars, bulging pink sack containing two weeks' worth of other recycling (paper, plastic, tins etc) and a bulging black sack. In fairness, I haven't put the black sack out for several weeks (six, I think) so we don't really have a lot of non-recyclable stuff. And since Mr LW retired, he's not getting a newspaper every day :T so not so much for the pink sack, either.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

    DW emptied and refilled.

OH playing in the garden... he did sweep the front when I stropped and said 'I'll just do it myself' .... it looks much better though.
