    Sold for 4K under asking price. Very chuffed especially as it's £6k more than we sold before Brexit and a wishy washy buyer put us back on the market.

    We completed yesterday so all done and dusted, just the massive renovations on the new house to sort out now...!
    First win (October) - Apple Ipod off a radio competition
    November - new nokia mobile phone, £250 electrical voucher (both radio comptitions)
    March - 2 cinema tickets to see 27 dresses (radio again!)

    We have 9 days left on our contract with our current EA. Then we are off the market until the New Year when we go back on with a new EA.

    Congrats fudge! great news! We completed on our sale October 28th. Currently living with mum - hoping to complete on our purchase on the 16th. We broke the chain and moved in with my mother because I couldn't risk our sale falling through.

    Sorry to hear your news RavenQ - it is the most difficult thing I have ever done...I have read through my old posts on this thread and it gives me a really unsettled feeling in my tummy as I was really struggling with the no shows and the constant cleaning. Really hope you have good news in the new year. x

    That hasn't been our experience luckily!
    Ours was on the market for £85,000, its a mid terraced and the BTL people offered us £82,000 which we were happy enough with.

    Looks like the comatose housing market up here has flat-lined for December.

    EA suggested taking house of the market and relaunching in the new year with a price reduction.
