Another IN courtesy of my mum -
Origins Drink Up 10 Minute Mask. I had the intensive version of this and liked it, so will be interested to give this one a try. I particularly like these masks after using a clay mask, as it adds back the much needed moisture0 -
Slow going for me too ...
UUs
Dove Straightening Serum - (finally!!) did an ok job, have a Pantene one to use now.
La Roche Posay Effeclar Duo moisturiser - sample size - works ok for me, have a few samples of this.
Lanolips LemonAid Lipbalm - I like the Lanolips range, but this was probably my least favourite as I didn't like the taste.
Hopefully will have a few more before the month is out ...0 -
Hello ladies,
A few UUs:
Aromatherapy Associates triple rose moisturiser 5ml. Lovely and gentle, nice to try.
Dove sweet cream and peony body wash 250ml. I really liked this WBA
Boots extracts strawberry shower gel 75ml from my swimmimg bag. Very nice, will probably buy in the sales again.
Get fruity coconut body butter 50ml. Smelled nice, but tonnes more bbs to use up first before i think about buying anymore.
Madame glamour? Perfume 50ml (The Chanel-a-like from Lidl) very nice, but doesn't last very long. Might buy again once i have used my other perfumes.
Clinique woppin' watermelon lip crayon. (Finally!) Very nice, but i dont think i'd pay full price for it.
Sadly some more INs :P
TBS wild argan oil shower gel 250ml x2
TBS oils of life sleeping cream mini sample
TBS oils of life facial oil mini sample.
These items were quite the bargain-£1! There was an issue with my TBS loyalty card, so as compensation was given two £5 vouchers, plus I already had £5 of points. Then was sent an email for a free sample of one of the new facial products, but the lovely SA gave me both.0 -
One UU today (or yesterday rather):
Boots fresh! Grapefruit heart shaped soap- WBA however this was from a gift set that's long discontinued. I've accumulated a few of these anyway so still a couple in stash. This smelled lovely and fresh, looked pretty sat on my soap dish and lathered well - did the job fine. Just need to look in stash to see what soap I fancy using next.No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2015/2016/2017/2018

Right, quick tally:
UU: Mitchum deodorant stick (HG)
INs: 3 x Mitchum deodorant sticks + 1 Mitchum spray
Hope you are all well. xxx
Hi Pickle, hope you're well? Do Mitchum products ever go off? Only curious as I have stockpiled a few for Emma for her Uni box.Me and DH went to the tip yesterday to recycle our old oven and just watching all the cars and the things going in the skips in the few minutes we were there really made me sad about how much we throw away without a thought and I am going to be making a huge effort to be more minimalist in all areas of life so this challenge will be a big part of that.
I know what you mean. I remember when we went to the tip to get rid of an old PC (putty coloured so we are talking years ago). Computers were put in a separate storage unit and it reminded me of the sad part of I Robot when all the old robots came out of the storage units.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

2 more UUs.
OPI Nude Nail Envy. Used this today and can't get anymore product out. From the sides of the bottle it looks half full but when you look insid that is just a coating on the bottle and there's nothing more left. Will have to have a forage at home for more Nail Envy or alternative base coat.
Bare Minerals Prime Time Primer. I'm on the fence with this now. When I used the travel sized tube I loved it however I bought a pump bottle second hand and maybe should have asked how long the person had owned it as it stopped pumping after a while and I depotted the product. Have bought a new NYX one to try.
Here's my updated PP list:-
My PP list
Face mask samples and packets
Eye mask packets
[STRIKE]Elemis PCMC[/STRIKE]
Hand Sanitizer - Have popped this onto my desk at work today in the hope that I'll remember to use it.

[STRIKE]OPI Nude Nail Envy
The Orange Tree Orange Blossom and Neroli body lotion.[/STRIKE]

UU 8 Soap and glory sexy mother pucker lipgloss candy gloss 3ml - used this up at work. WBA but not the clear colour. I love the feeling of these (mega tingle
) but do they plump my lips? Probably not. I have had a pink colour of this gloss in the past that I really enjoy. This was a small one that I got in a set from my mum for Xmas a couple of years ago now.
Have brought another one from home to use at work now. Making some progress! Takes me forever to use up a lipgloss but I do it!0 -
TA Small amount of Burt's Bees Almond and Milk hand cream. Was a NBI.
WIB? No. I was using this for my feet and to condition leather, but the problem is that it just doesn't sink in easily. My hands were so greasy after using it, it made it dangerous to use my walking sticks. Washing off hand-cream is totally ridiculous as it clearly isn't fit for purpose, so in the bin it went.
The only Burt's Bees product I've really liked is my lip balm, I think a lot of it is hype, it's over-packaged and promoted as a retro, natural product.
Well, it's retro alright, and not in a good way, reminds me of some of the useless stuff we used in the 70s.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -

I actually rather like this hand cream but do agree with you that it is greasy, I just use it at night for that reason.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

78SH - well done on finishing some eyeshadows, I know from experience what a long job this is and don't actually recall ever finishing one off altogether.
I have some TA's
Revlon Coffee Bean Quad - I have used this a lot but it's not the best quality and I have other similar colours that are better.
Rimmel Smoky Brun Quad - as above
Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Eternal Gold - this just applies patchily no matter what I do.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
