One UU this morning: Neals yard garden mint hand cream, I had to cut the top off of it to get the last dredges. Now 4 more to go:rotfl:

Latest NBI. A Manuka Doctor Foot Cream.
Initial impressions with this one are good, it has manuka honey in it, also peppermint for a pleasant scent and rubs in really well. At £7 for 75ml it's significantly better value than the £10 for 50ml one I have been using. Still prefer the Aldi one so far, but will give this a fair trial.

Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker Debt-free and Proud!
    Sorry about your resident Gemzie.

    Lots of UU this morning:
    White Collection Body Scrub
    Timotei Vivid Colour shampoo
    Timotei Vivid Colour conditioner
Debt free and busy treating myself:)

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales
  • As an ex-beekeeper I am always up for trying Burt's Bees products but have never found anything I actually liked.

A flurry of UUs for me:
Body Shop Mango Shower Gel - nice enough but I struggled with the packaging. Don't need to be worrying about chipping my nail varnish at that time of the morning :rotfl:
Garnier Cocoa Butter conditioner - this couldn't quite fight off the drying effects of the Aussie shampoo in my 7 by Summer but nice enough.

Also TA 6 lipsticks (!!!) - of which 4 were freebies from No 7 which never suited me, one had a funny smell, and the last, a Bourjois brick red, always wore off horribly and actually put me off bolder lipsticks altogether for a good few years. Don't worry though because this was offset by three Ins, when will I learn :p :
Revlon Pearl lipstick in Blushing Mauve
Kate Moss Rimmel lipstick in Dusty Rose
Rimmel matte lipstick in Pink Rose

I'm having to squeeze lots of tubes quite hard, so feeling hopeful for June!

I had a UU after my shower this evening, was nice to finally have an evening where I wasn't at work so went on a long bike ride:

Lush sweetie pie shower jelly 100g- WBA I really liked the smell of this one, it did smell like sweets! Almost smelled like jelly babies to me. Although the smell didn't linger on my skin afterwards as much as other lush jellies I've had have. These are great as they literally last me for months, even a small pot like this was. The hard part now is choosing which jelly to use next from the several I have in my stash.

Have a few more lush bits on the way so will have more its to declare soon. I won a bottle of Calacas shower gel on eBay and ridiculously excited to try it. Also a snowcake shower gel to put away for use over Christmas. And a b electro shower gel and a mini hot toddy. And then a few bits of lush I managed to pick up on the de pop app. I also got a new bottle of soap & glory micellar water for £2.00 which I thought was a bargain and will go in my work bag when it arrives as my current work micellar water is nearly finished and I'd rather keep my big bottle of Garnier micellar water for use at home. I have a real obsession with using lush stuff atm. Just need some more proper time off so I can have baths and UU some bath bombs. Quick showers only for me ATM :( also ordered a TBS piñata colada shower gel and body butter, have any of you tried this one yet? It's new out I think and it sounds amazing!

Era. Just gone to put my hand cream on before bed and it's a UU. Got it out of my work fleece tonight to UU as suspected I'd have to cut it open (which can't easily do at work) and I was right!

TBS moringa hand cream 30ml- WBA one of my favourite body shop scents and this was a lovely every day hand cream. I love this type of packaging. It wasn't as moisturising/heavy duty as say L'occitane but it's still nice enough for daily use. Really like these and have several more in other scents but will pick up this scent again at some point I'm sure! I've got out a Crabtree & Evelyn citron one to stick in my work fleece pocket tomorrow to replace this :)

UU 9 Simple kind to skin protecting cream spf 30 50ml - WIBA? Yes, and I'm a bit annoyed this has run out already. I use it as my morning moisturiser as it has the SPF, but it has one of those pumps where you don't know it's running out until the pump doesn't go down anymore. If I can get to Boots tonight I will buy again using my points.
Incidentaly, I bought this on a whim when I needed a below 100ml bottle of moisturiser to take to Budapest last year. Then I realised it has SPF! I used to always use Simple moisturisers when I was younger but grew out of them. Definitely worth a look if on a budget and don't have high-maintanence skin

    A few UU, yay!

    - John Frieda Sheer Blonde highlight activating shampoo. WDBA. I love the Sheer Blonde range - I'm happy using any of the shampoos. They lather nicely, leave my hair soft, last ages, and they are often on offer, woohoo! I've another half finished one in the shower, and a full one in the cupboard, so I'm good for now though :)
    - sophyto Phytonutrient skin concentrate. WNBA. Actually really nice, as a kind of mix between serum and facial oil. I've just used better. Great bottle with dropper which I'll keep for my own blended oils later. EDIT: just did a search and it looks like Sophyto products have been discontinued! Most UK places no longer selling, and remaining stock is being sold off cheap (not that I'll be buying).
    - sachet of Vichy eye serum. WNB. Nothing special.
    - sachet of Body shop drops of youth youth concentrate. WNB. Nice, but I've used better serums and concentrates.

My skin seems to have finally turned the corner yesterday, after I changed primer (it was stinging a bit), phew. I'm still persevering with the day cream, and not entirely sure what has caused the issues.

Nails repainted yesterday with another dense glitter - Nails Inc special effect in Rose Alley. Understated but sparkly in the right light :)

I have not kept up which this months thread, such a busy month and I go away on Saturday.

    Ins
    2 salt scrubs
    Hair oil

    UUS
    19) playdoze bubble bar WNBA

20&21) dashing Santa bath bomb WNBA

    23) batiste in original WBA I go through a lot of this and it works better than others I have tried.

    25) clear skin peeling swab WNBA not sure if it worked but I think I have similar items that contain AHA's and BHA's that do the same job.

    26) nature republic first sheet mask WNBA

    27) Lador hair filler WBA works well and seems to improve the quality of my hair.

    28) Eucerin sun fluid mattifying for face 50 ml WNBA I found it quite the opposite and it left my skin greasy. Trying to apply make up over it was always a challenge. Replaced with one that does not leave my skin greasy.

    29) Golden slumber bath bomb WNBA as it may be supposed to get you to sleep but the time it takes to remove the glitter from the bath it has the opposite effect. I don't like the scent even though lavender is a favourite scent of mine but it is mixed with something else which I don't like.

    30) Mediheal sheet mask WBA love them.

    31) karma soap WNBA as it does not easily foam, lovely scent.

    32) Garnier ultimate blends 1 minute treatment WBA worked well and my hair felt really silky after each use.

    33) Missha time revolution first essence WBA have already repurchased.

    34) La Roche Pasay redermic C10 WNBA nice enough but not sure it does much.

    35) peeping Santa bubble bar WNBA prefer others.

    36) Sasoon illuminating restore WNBA nice enough but prefer other deep conditioners.

    37) Mitchum deodorant WBA

    38) Nature republic sheet mask WNBA

    39) Cussons baby and me shampoo 100ml WNBA worked okay. Got it really cheap in a set a while back.

    40) Nature Republic first sheet mask WNBA I though I this was the last one but still have one more of these to go.

    42) Mediheal sheet mask WBA love all of them, super fit, highly saturated and hydrates my face.

    43) Happy pill bath ballistic WBA lovely scent and took ages to dissolve.

44). Tony moly back sugar mask WMBA nice enough, I have used this before. I would not run out to purchase it but it good.

    45) Clarol hair conditioner WNBA used manly for shaving as I found it did little for my hair.

    46) Elijahs comfort body butter WNBA I did not like the consistency of this.

    47) Four seasons collagen lifting mask WNBA saturated but had a funny smell.

    48) Mediheal code red mask WBA loved it. A very pretty mask which works well.

    49) Lord of Misrule bath bomb WBA still have about 7 left and one of my favourites.

    50) snowcake soap WBA turned it into a salt scrub with other ingredients. Still need to play with the size of salt grains but atleast it gets something else used up

    51) Bodyshop spa wisdom salt scrub WNBA for me I did not find it very scrubby and it was such a thick consistency and not very easy to get out of the pot.

    52) Mediheal sheet mask PDF WBA

    53) Avobath bath bomb WBA still a favourite, very awakening and I find it relaxing.

    54) Sunflower bubble bar WNBA quite disappointed with this. Very large and got several baths but it lacked much scent and was so hard to get my hands on as it was only sold in Oxford street and one gift set. Still have one more bot will not go out of my way to track down Oxford street exclusives again

    TA
Urban Veda reviving hydrating toner WNBA ever. I found the scent so over powering to start. After 2 days of use my skin was coated in white heads ( over 20 came up with 3 uses or so I believe it was this). Took it to work and no one would use it.

Tony and Guy volume plumping whip, years old, I don't use it and it seems to have started separating.

    GA
8 lador hair filler bottles. To a friend who I work with, after I gave her a vial a few weeks ago and she really liked it.
