I deleted my post as I wasn't quite sure which line they were referring to as there are several on the development.:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

No. I would not consider the property. It's not just near overhead wires it's right under them.
The asking price is also unrealistic. To ask £100,000 more than it sold for in 2011 is unbelievable.
I'm out.
When I saw it I thought the price reflected the power lines and wondered where it was - Suffolk maybe?
Then I saw it was on the outskirts of Middlesbrough. You're right - way over-priced.0 -
Irrespective of the power lines those EA photos are the worst I have ever seen. The lights are on in every room and still they all look dark. Absolutely shocking.0

It wouldn't bother me, you do get a very slight buzzing on a damp day.
I would be more put off by how dark all of the rooms seem to be.0 -
That last picture looks like you could reach up and touch them.
I wouldn't want my kids in that garden with a football.0 -
Not for me but mainly because it seems so dark and with lights on I hate to think of the cost.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
