+3lb this week0

Thank you for the new thread shala!
-1lb for me this week (although half a pound had crept back on by the time I got to my weigh in, annoyingly!) - but 1 lb by my scales.
I now have a stone + 1/2lb to lose till target but am expecting it to be slow goingwe're away for a few days over the bank holiday and the babies are being particularly difficult at the moment - really clingy and grumpy - so it's hard to eat anything, let alone anything healthy.
With that in mind please put me down for 7lb off during the next challenge! Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
Thanks for the new thread Shala - going to take the opportunity to try and get back in the game - spent most of the last challenge loosing and gaining the same couple of pounds, so have re-joined group today in the hope that someone else seeing what I weigh each week will encourage me to be more consistent.
Can I please go for -7lb's for the challenge please.
Thnx,K.0 -
Up to you, if you want to join in then I can always change your target in a few weeks time..
Can't wait to add you on the roll of honour list!! :T
Think I will watch from the sidelines on this one Shala cheering you all on and when the next challenge comes along I might try doing similar to tweets if that is ok. Going to be as good as I possibly can be for the next to weighs. Sounds really important getting added on to Roll of Honour - cannot wait even though the thought of maintaining terrifies me lol :rotfl:

so_very_confused wrote: »Hi everyone
Just started back at SW after being very ill for awhile, so gained a lot of weight being inactive and generally not thinking about what I was eating.
Would like to join the challenge as I can't always get to SW due to shifts.
I am aiming for 14 lbs during the challenge.
Welcome so very confused - good luck with the challenge.
I saw Lisa Riley on Loose Women today lantanna and must admit I thought she looked fab. Good on her. I loved her when she was doing Strictly - boy could she move.

Thanks for your kind wordsand everyone else that's thanked me, I enjoy being an organiser so I really don't mind!:D
I''ll weigh tomorrow and see where I am and then weigh again next Friday, so will that be my first weigh in Shala?
Yup, you've got it... weigh in next Friday will be your first week's loss.
Well I've been and weighed and STS:(:(:( fed up is an understatement, I've tried really hard this week. I'm now eating crisps.. I can't believe one off plan meal last Thursday can have caused it so I don't know where I've gone wrong.. bum, that is all..
OH is not very happy as I refused to stay to class, he's there now whilst I cook tea.
But, socks are being pulled up, backside is being kicked and after I've eaten my tea (of burger and chips once again but SW chips this time) I shall try and plan a healthier week and hope that I manage a loss next week.
oh btw, I've picked up everyone's targets and the thanked the posts so you all know I've seen it!! 9st 9lb pledged already :T:TMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
I've found you all :T
Could you put me down for -14lbs please Shala - probably hopelessly optimistic again but hey, I like a challenge :rotfl:
Thanks for all the work you do on these threads and all the support from everybody on here. Without you lot I'm sure I would have given up months ago.0 -

b_e_gor you could jus have a few extra HEXs which is the official SW line.

It won't be just that one meal shala. By having weekly meetings SW raise the expectations that if you stay on plan there will be weekly losses. I'm not knocking that because I find it much more manageable to do a weekly meal plan, syn bank. shop etc. BUT (big BUT) not everyone loses a regular weekly amount. What I 100% believe is that if you stick to plan the losses will come...but not always on a weekly basis. I'm going to make sure I look carefully at your menus just in case but I think it's just that your losses don't follow a regular pattern. Onwards and upwards and I hope it's a SW tea you're cooking!
My day is only just SW friendly. I'm having wine syns tonight after a stressful day even though it's not the weekend:o. Menu is OK but not enough Speed.
EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, kippers, HEB bread, HEA milk for teas
L: LO chicken casserole (minus chicken)sausage casserole (onion, mushrooms, tomato puree) with tagliatelle
Syns: wine and scrape of spread

Agree with Maman losses don't always happen on a weekly basis even if you've been 100%. You may remember that last night I wasn't happy that I'd put on 1/2lb after being really good for the week - even sticking to 15 syns a day rather than banking for the weekend; so this week I went back to my usual thing of having most of my syns at the weekend and then reining it back in Monday to Wednesday and lost 1lb! So banking obviously works for me but it may not work for others. You just have to find out what works for you.
