    Photos now reachable. Not sure what you're trying to portray with the photos - typical retail park with PPC infestation.

    Nothing I can see there that would convince the IAS to find for you. But you could 'register intent to appeal' which gives you a preview of the case the PPC is going to put forward to the IAS - then decide if it's worth your while putting in the effort to construct an appeal that has, on past performance, a worse than 80% chance of failure.

    OK - what if I appealed and went through with it to IAS and lost. what happens next?

    Pretty much the same as if you don't appeal at all, except the PPC will be £20 poorer. They may try and claim it as justification for starting court, but you can shoot everything down again.
