    The ticket was issued in England. The car park has CCTV but I have found out they don't have access to it. It was outside an Argos next to an asda and pound stretcher.

    When pasting the URL link from Photobucket, change the http to read hxxp. A regular will then convert to a live link. Newbies can't post live links until they've a good few posts under their belt.
