Hope everyone is as well as they can be, hugs where needed
Wear blue for local footie team today so actually had to put some thought into getting dressed today lol.
Bin day so loads of stuff out ready for collection, vast amount of paper and card which feels really good but in reality has hardly scratched the surface of the excess I need to get rid of.
Loads of little bitty bits sorted that can leave the house today or over the weekend.
Busy all day today so will try and catch up later.

    Have a good day all.

I think the snow is finally blowing over. Went to the tip this morning with garden rubbish - then drove through a blizzard to get to the kitchen place (they are coming to measure up next week:eek:). Then home via Ik3a for the baskets that fit my tall narrow shelves.

WM is on - need to play catchup! But I'm cold and tired :o

Maybe lunch would warm me up...

Just got in from school run/ swimming and a trip to pick up door handles and catches. (As we are decorating the hall we are replacing the door handles from brass to chrome. Not cheap and very time consuming but I hope it helps to 'transform' the hallway! Carpet fitters coming in two weeks and we still need to emulsion and gloss all three floors. Not to mention sorting out the dire skirting boards. The numpties that fitted it did a right mid match going up the stairs! I have researched it and it looks like it will not be an easy job!!! Hubby and I are both rubbish at diy so goodness knows the outcome of that!!!)

Lunch had and now have an hour before the school run so going to crack on and see what I can get done!!

Finances are done, budget savings has been updated (I just need to make a bank transfer after bills have been paid ;)), and an instruction booklet I needed to read for a customer has sort of been read, and I went to print it out but my printer is out of black ink so I need to go buy some. Instead I've done some dailies and more reading which needed doing for something else while I waited for the rain to blow over.

I've just noticed the time so I'm going to have some lunch. Then I need to go to the school to pick up books and I'll carry on down to Mr A's for some basics to see us through until Monday, when DD can come with me for her packed lunch stuff. It also means crisps etc won't be in the house over the weekend at risk of being eaten and maybe some other things, like the multiple packs of microwave popcorn, will get eaten instead. I might even do some baking....but lets not push it :rotfl:

Does anyone know where today is going? I swear it was 10am a couple of minutes ago!
