have you received your tax credit renewal pack yet?

Hi, just wondering if I estimate our next years wage will my money be reduced even though this years has not been renewed yet as I've not received my pack yet? I'm not fussed if it is I just need to know so I can get on with what I need to get on with.

You can estimate this current tax year's income, but not next year's.

I received my pack last week, renewed online, but not had a confirmation text, I usually do when giving my income by phone.
I guess I'm going to have to call, waste of time renewing online if that's the case.

I'm still waiting for mine. I did receive a provisional award for 2016/2017 though.

It could still be another 6 weeks before you get your renewal so no use worrying about it until then.

A friend of mine received his single claim renewal last year and had a red line across it. Everything went through ok. However later in the year he was picked up by Concentrix for a check. After thy checked all was in order they left it unchanged.

So it could be if the renewal has a red line they are picked up for extra checks by Concentrix.

Hi, yes i had a red line last year also got checked by concentrix for childcare.
Just wondered if they doing that again this year.

I always get my renewal in April and have been checked or investigated.

This year havent had my renewal yet i like to get it done early too which is annoying!

BTW My friend only gets £37.00 a month.

I had a red line, a kind of underline but above the wording, didn't notice it until it was mentioned. I have no worries regarding any checks they do though.
