Can a balance be transferred from a vanquis credit card, I've read it can't and read it can, what is it?.

I've called them up and it seems like you can just not through the vanquis portal only over the phone.0

Yes, in the past I've transferred a couple of balances from Vanquis to Barclaycard as they were offering 0% BT's.
All done via the Barclaycard website though, enter card number and amount. Vanquis just treat as a payment. All done on web, never phoned and spoken to anyone.0 -
What company are you trying to transfer it to?
Most can be done online with the new CC provider.
