Spent £11.85 in Tescos and regret it. A lot of items where only about 1 of them we needed, and the rest because I wanted to buy something. I have learnt my lesson and won't make this mistake again.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020

I don't have a monthly budget, I use a flexible one which allows me to buy bargains as and when I see them and do a little stock pile. I know approx how long items last us and save money this way.Why pay full price when you may get it YS0

Please can I join?
Please put me down for £250 per month. This includes food and household items such as toilet paper, kitchen toels etc. I've no idea on what I spend and I have storecupboards full of food. There is only me so this amount should be managable.

Hi everyone
Stocked up on essentials, as I was down to 1 tin of chopped tomatoes and 0 tins of beans! Bought rice, pasta, cous cous, cereal, cheese, etc.
Also, irregular purchases including washing up liquid, washing liquid, etc. Find buying kind of stuff this early on in the month helps hitting the budget, or it seemed to for June anyway.
First spend of the month £30.78

Good for you. I really have mastered my spending now, still have my moments, but I used to be a spendaholic.
Spent £21,80 over the last few days. Will update sig.0 -
