Cheap Phone/Broadband every year

Hi
I am just out of my EE phone and broadband contract (previously BT just over 12 months ago) and want to take up the BT offer on Quidco with cashback £155 for 'new customer' for phone/broadband/TV. Would I qualify as a new customer? This always confuses me.
EE is offering me TV thrown in if I take out another 18 months with them for £25 per month including landline. It seems pretty good and the broadband has been fast - will have to check this is for the same speed.
Generally I am looking into cashback offers though but I am not sure whether BT will pay the cashback if I was with them previously? Thanks.0 -
I use Sky's free broadband and currently get excellent download speeds, just now measured at 17.26 Mbps on my laptop connected to my router via wi-fi. NB I'm only 0.5 mile from the exchange. It has been as fast as 20Mbps
Many thanks for your reply and apologies for the delay in replying to you but I have been having problems logging into my account. Sorted now.0
