Crossing my fingers that the pink when wiping is implantation for you skimper. When was OF due was it friday?

CCJ, I've read about the legs in the air trick old wives tale but I am always just to desperate to get to the toilet and get cleaned up I could never manage it! haha

Yesterday went as well as it could under the circumstances. And the long journey wasn't as bad as I thought it would be with little traffic (Not bad when you consider we were travelling on the M25!).

3 sleeps till xmas.... time to get excited now this week is over! Going to brave the shops for a food shop (thankfully only for the next few days as we aren't doing xmas dinner) and then run a couple of errands!

What are your plans for the weekend?

Still only getting drabs of pink/Brown. Did a test this morning & BFN. Ovia predicted AF was due Friday which would have given me a 26 day cycle but im between 26 & 28 days so could be today/tomorrow. Hopefully she stays away and I'm just testing too early. Now I've posted she will probably turn up haha.

Glad everything went ok yesterday PKK, can only image what your all going through.

Have friends round tonight for a games night & a few drinks but today is consisting of house tidying and maybe a few present wrapping if I've got the time.

A games night sounds lovely Skimper! today is a house tidying day for me also, and I braved Tesco/Aldi this morning which wasn't actually that bad after I got a car park space. I have to go into town tomorrow to the shopping centre so I have a feeling this won't be as nice hahaha

this last cycle really messed with my head. I was convinced I was pregnant - not just "oh, I think I might be" but full on "I am". Thinking that for 3 days I had made all sorts of plans, worked out the due date and I was going to tell my mum for Christmas etc etc. It's been a really hard week and it has contributed to a massive flare-up with my chronic pain. The other night I was literally crawling as it was too painful to walk....
I know I've only been on here for a few months - I can't imagine going through that too frequently.

However, I said to a friend today, when they asked how I was, "this week has been difficult" and they smiled and said (very kindly) "but it's a new week now with all sorts of possibilities..." and I thought, yes, that's true. I've 'just' got to get my head in that mindset too!!

Aunty-Pickle, I totally get how you feel. I had a month were I felt similar, I'd had a positive OPK, we'd timed everything correctly, I felt like i had symptoms, AF was late, it was the 'perfect' month to get a BFP work wise, we were seeing family and friend a few weeks later so I could tell them face to face... then she turned up! I was so upset! It definitely takes a few days to get your head around it and I must admit I have stopped myself from getting excited like that again to save my feelings.

Oh Aunty P, I know how you feel. This month I was so sure this was our month, we did the deed 4 times in the fertile week & with the nausea for 5 days leading up to AF I convinced myself this was it. It would have been wonderful to tell our parents over Christmas, I hate to say but after 11 cycles the disappointment in getting a negative doesn't ease, well not for me anyway.
The OH says he hates when I'm on because I'm a bit moody, sometimes it's just AF but for me it's not just another period it's another month where I've failed. Today has definity been hard for me today.

So sorry for AF Skimper I can’t imagine what it is like after 11 months, I am already going slightly crazy SS and counting down days and this is only our second month of trying properly. I am hopeful for you that the new year will bring you your BFP.

The OH has taken the whole TTC business seriously and wants to BD everyday (I can assure that this is only because we are away - energy levels never this high at home :rotfl:) but I now have cystitis :eek: I feel like a naughty teenager who is having too much sex! Trying to drink and drink and hope it goes away!
