AF is due Friday according to Ovia. I feel like the days will drag now! Knowing I ovulated means I feel like there has to be a chance, but also means that I will be more upset when it doesn't happen. Part of me has given up hope of ever getting a BFP!0

Congrats Faith!
Still not much to report my end. Still no spotting/AF which is unheard of for me, I'm now 5 days overdue. Only have one test left in the house and it's a Boots digital, which I can't for the life of me find the sensitivity of, but I know digitals are not normally very sensitive so I'm trying to hold out as long as possible before taking it as I feel it's more disappointing getting a negative result on a digital and seeing the words "not pregnant". I did pop to the shop earlier but the pregnancy tests were right in view of the tills where the girls working were watching me closely, and I shop there quite a lot so felt too awkward and embarrassed to buy any!0 -
Spotting is getting heavier and darker so looks like it's just an early period for me
I'll stay at cd25 for now but I think today could be cd1 but want to make sure first.
Starting to feel like this is never going to happen! Onwards to cycle 10!
How long have we all be trying for? If you don't mind me asking?0 -

My referral is for a normal removal but I need to be referred due to anxiety and you can only have pre meds before a general, not a sedation. We tried 3 times to take the teeth out as normal and i seemed to get worse everytime! Were you (unknowlingly) pregnant when you had the op? This has been playing on my mind that I own't be able to have it if we get our BFP but googling says there is not a huge risk and lots of people have a general when pregnant.
Tbh one they have put the ga into the Canula you won’t remember a thing it’s that quick I don’t even remember them putting the ga in just the canula.
I thought I was due to start as had a trace of blood the day before and they did a test and it was negative. They will do a test before hand anyway so you can always ask I did a bit of googling too and most said it was ok especially I was out in under an hour so wasn’t exposed long if that makes senseFirst Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0 -
Skimper, 9 months for us but only 6 cycles.0

11 months (November is the 12th) for us, 10 cycles so just slightly longer than you Skimper.
I wondered if I would have a shorter cycle this month as from my blood tests it seems I ovulated earlier in the cycle. Bright red blood tonight when wiping so I reckon AF is on her way.

had the coil taken out 3rd August so I guess this is the 2nd month of trying ?
We had condoms for the first cycle because my GP advised waiting a month for my body to readjust.
It seems a lot longer than just 2 cycles! It's all very well being told "your fertility will return immediately" and I know some people do conceive within the first month - but it's certainly not always the case!
When I was operated on when pregnant, I had a GA (general anaesthetic). I can't remember how long the operation was for - a couple of hours?
I was more concerned with the morphine I was prescribed as a painkiller. J is absolutely fine - no apparent problems from it whatsoever.Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock0 -
4months...seems much longer.
PKK can I ask how you got blood tests if it hasn't been a year? Someone told me I should go to my doctor and say I've been trying longer than I have...there are fertility problems in my family so it's always been a worry for me!Debt Free as of December 2020 👏

I elaborated the truth (ie said a white lie!). I came off the pill late august after our honeymoon so I always told the doctors that this is when we started trying. In reality we used other method of contraception until December. With my age (now 32) and my awareness of fertility issues (lots of friends/family) I wanted to get checked out at the earliest time. I am also aware of how long the process to get fertility help is! I wouldn't go too early as it is totally reasonable and normal to take a few months, but for me personally I liked the reassurance of knowing things were being checked and the wheels were in motion. Speaking to my cousin she got blood tests before a year as she was so distraught in her doctors office (9 months of trying) and her doctor could request the tests (same as mine). However when hers came back as not ovulating she had to wait till the year mark to be referred to fertility team. Personally if I was you I would ago to the doctor and say it's been a year.0

Can I be moved to cd2 please. Meaning the last cycle was only 24 days. So no idea when I ovulated & if we timed BDing at the right time. I might go back to using opks we haven't used them for the last 4 cycles ish.0
