Lots happening over the weekend - Skimper Congratulations on the wedding! I hope it was everything you wished for. Slothsocks I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you, good luck!

I'm CD4; AF came full force on what would have been CD27. I knew she was coming as I get weepy the day before CD1; and when I realised why I was weepy (AF coming) that made me even more weepy because there was no baby. OH did his best to cheer me up and I'm feeling much better now - on to the next cycle.

I think I'm going to try using OPK's for the first time either this month (or next if we don't conceive). OH is very much of the opinion we should relax and just see what happens over the next few months - he's ready but not in a rush; where as I'm ready and want to maximise chances. Decisions, decisions..

Nothing to report here. This is the worst tww ever using OPKs does not agree with me!

We've decided to stop trying for the mean time though, so unless I'm already pregant we are going to leave it until later in the year.

Hi everyone. I'm new. We were NTNP for a few months, although now we have a few holidays coming up so I am thinking of preventing for a few months. Anyway, I am CD29 and was expecting AF on CD27 or CD28. Took a test this morning and got a BFN. I used the early detector ones from Boots (although I am a day or 2 late, so it wasn't an early test). If I was pregnant it would test positive by now surely? Confused.

So 11dpo today. Brown spotting has started, not due until Friday at the earliest. Might just be a shorter cycle with my body settling after birth control. Chins up girls!

5dpo here, nothing to report. I'm not sure if or when I would start symptom spotting, but nothings going on anyway. Although, i am getting very good at waking up 3 minutes before my alarm each morning... ha ha

Vicki2221; welcome to the thread and sorry for AF showing her face! We have a few a booked but I am not going to hold off planning things just incase as I think I would then be more upset if it didnt happen quickly. If I am pregnant for the plans then we will figure things out!

My Clearblue pack came today. I am in the control group so no OPKs for the next two cycles. I am not overly bothered as we werent going to try too hard this cycle anyway. Although I would have liked to use OPKs next month but at least I get 2 months worth for free after that! Plus the nice £100 vouchers.

Out of curiosity, what group is everyone else in? I know a few of us signed up to the trial.

We have booked 4 nights away to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, which I am really excited about . It isnt until July so I am hoping I will be pregnant by then, but also acutely aware that we may not be.
